Smart Face Painting LLC -based in MN, USA -is the baby of Sam West (Chun) who has over 19 years of experience. She is originally from England where she studied for her BA hons degree at Dartington college of Arts and has been face painting since the age of 15 where she worked for Mimicks alongside Ashlea Henson and Sherrill Church. Her face painting soon turned to body painting, when she started working with Daze Entertainment. Sam moved to Asia where she lived in Beijing and Hong Kong for 5 years, here she trained in the art of Make-up and met fellow face and body painter Nina Griffee, and together they founded the company Face Slap HK! After a few successful years Sam eventually moved to Minnesota in the U.S. of A. after meeting her now husband.
Fast forward a few years and she’s going solo!
